How KMTA handles information

Information you choose to provide

Karavali Malenadu Tourism Association receives information when you email us about membership, partnerships, media, events, destination initiatives or other enquiries. This may include your name, contact details, organisation, district, role and the content of your message.

We use this information to respond, assess participation, maintain relevant records and communicate about the matter you raised. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is specifically requested and necessary.

Website data

The first release does not intentionally use analytics or marketing cookies. Essential technical data may be processed by the website host and security systems to deliver pages, maintain availability and protect the site. If analytics or additional tracking is introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with authorised KMTA representatives or service providers when needed for the stated purpose, administration, security or legal obligations.
